Send Board Games, Books and Jigsaw Puzzles

It has been requested by some of our clients that we offer a service to post new or used board games, books and jigsaw puzzles to family members of friends.

You can use this service to send board games, books or jigsaw puzzles to family or friends to keep them occupied if they are unable to leave their house. These are not restricted items, therefore, you can send jigsaw puzzles, board games and books anywhere in the world.

This service is not just about board games, you may also send collectable figures and other such items.

As we only partner with industry leaders, when you send jigsaw puzzles, books and board games, they are insured against going missing or becoming damaged whilst in transit (exclusions apply).

A cardboard box must be used for the outer packaging due to COVID-19 handling restrictions.

We find that someone would generally use our courier for jigsaw puzzles, books and board games service when they have no further use for them and wish to donate them to family or friends.

Q. I am sending collector's edition game, can I insure it?
A. We can fully insure board games.
Q. Can I send a board game overseas?
A. We can send them anywhere in the World and complete all Customs paperwork on your behalf.
Q. Can I include other items within my parcel?
A. You can add as much as you like, just make sure there are no hazardous items included.
Q. Can I return books to a P.O box address?
A. We cannot deliver to a P.O box, a full street address is required.
Q. Can I send collectable figures and board games to the EU after Brexit?
A. Yes you can, however, 3 copies of a commercial invoice will need to be attached to the outside carton of the box that you are sending collectable figures to the EU in. We will provide these documents free of charge.
Q. Some of the games that I want to send contain batteries, are these ok to send?
A. As long as the batteries are contained within the game, they are fine to send. They cannot be sent separately.
