When you send a Parcel to Germany, it is insured to a value of £50.00 which is free of charge, and you will receive an SMS notification of a one hour delivery window on the day of the parcel delivery to Germany. Additional insurance is available up to £20,000.00 (exclusions apply) when you send a parcel to Germany with Overland Express
As the United Kingdom is no longer part of the European Union, three copies of a commercial invoice will need to be attached to one of the packages in your consignment of parcels to Germany. We will provide these documents to you, free of charge. You must also be mindful of what you are sending to Germany, for example, products of an animal (meats, cheese etc.) now require specific documentation which you must provide (we are unable to assist with this).
