By default, all items that you ship are insured to £50.00, with the options to enhance the insurance value of the goods that you are sending to Italy up to £20,000.00 (exclusions apply).

The United Kingdom (UK) left the European Union (EU) on 31 December 2020, which now means that VAT and a courier handling surcharge will most likely be applied to any deliveries to and from Italy.
A commercial invoice is also required to describe the contents and the value of the goods that you are sending. The good news is that we will produce this document for you based upon the information that you enter at the time of booking your delivery.
This document consists of 3 pages and each of these pages should be printed out (printer required) and placed into an envelope that must be clearly marked 'Commercial Invoice' and attached to only ONE of the parcels that you are shipping to Italy.

Our DHL courier services will be collection directly from you, however, UPS deliveries can be dropped off at UPS Parcel Shops or collected from you.

The only information that we require to provide a quotation are the sender's and recipient's postcode along with the dimensions of the parcel. We don't ask for your email address at this early stage as we have no intention of sending follow up emails should you leave before completing the booking.

The status is usually updated at every significant stage, which will allow you clearly see when the parcel has reached its final destination.
High value items are always risky to send by courier, some providers will not even accept such items let alone insure them. We offer both, we can ship expensive items worldwide and provide insurance up to £20,000.00 (exclusions apply) for just 2.00% of the items declared value.
