Sending a Parcel to Spain: What to Know
Since the UK left the European Union, customs documentation is now required for parcels sent to Spain.
Our system will automatically create a commercial invoice during your booking, based on the details you provide. You'll receive this by email after checkout.
What to do:
• Print all three pages of the invoice
• Place them in an envelope clearly marked “Commercial Invoice”
• Attach the envelope securely to the outside of your parcel

Proper Packaging: Protecting Your Parcel
To meet courier and insurance guidelines:
• Always use a sturdy cardboard outer box
• For fragile or valuable items:
• Wrap the item in bubble wrap
• Place it in a smaller internal box
• Pack that box inside a larger outer box, cushioned with foam or packing peanuts
• Place a spare shipping label inside the parcel in case the outer label becomes detached

The only information that we require to provide a quotation are the sender's and recipient's postcode along with the dimensions of the parcel. We don't ask for your email address at this early stage as we have no intention of sending follow up emails should you leave before completing the booking.

The status is usually updated at every significant stage, which will allow you clearly see when the parcel has reached its final destination.
High value items are always risky to send by courier, some providers will not even accept such items let alone insure them. We offer both, we can ship expensive items worldwide and provide insurance up to £20,000.00 (exclusions apply) for just 2.00% of the items declared value.
