UPS Express Saver deliveries to Spain typically arrive in 1 to 2 working days. In contrast,
budget courier services may take up to 7 days and often lack the same level of reliability.
Insurance Coverage
All shipments include £50 cover against loss or damage (subject to exclusions). Additional insurance is available up to £20,000.00.

Customs Documentation for Spain
Since the UK's departure from the European Union, parcels sent to Spain require customs documentation. Our booking system will automatically generate a commercial invoice based on the details you provide.
We also provide a list of commonly used commodity codes to assist with accurate declarations. If your item is not listed, you may refer to the Gov.uk website to find the appropriate code.
You will receive the commercial invoice via email once your booking is complete. Please print all three pages and attach them securely to one of your parcels in an envelope marked “Commercial Invoice“.
Please note: This service covers mainland Spain and local islands only. It does not include Spanish overseas territories or distant islands.
Packaging Requirements
To comply with handling protocols, all parcels must be sent in a cardboard outer box.
For fragile or high-value items:
• Wrap the item in bubble wrap
• Place it inside a smaller, secure box
• Pack the smaller box inside a larger box with appropriate cushioning (e.g. packing peanuts or foam)
We also recommend placing a second copy of the shipping label inside the parcel. This can assist in identifying the shipment if the external label becomes detached or unreadable.
Proper packaging is also a requirement for insurance claims.

We purposely try to keep our overheads down which enables us to offer you the lowest prices on international parcel delivery and domestic courier services. We avoid using advertising as someone has to pay for this, that someone is you!
No waiting or the need to enter your email address to obtain a quote, just provide source and destination postcodes along with the dimensions of the parcel that you wish to send, and you will immediately be presented with the price.
DHL, UPS, Parcel Force etc. - Enough said, we do not use budget courier service providers full stop. Having been in the parcel delivery industry for almost 30 years, we've seen the problems caused by these 'budget' provider's first hand.
Our DHL options utilise the Short Messaging Service (SMS) alerts to notify you (and the recipient if chosen) when your parcel is due to be delivered, yes, a bit old school now, however, very convenient as no apps are required to receive the notification.
