• We'll automatically create a commercial invoice based on what you enter during booking
• We even keep a list of popular commodity codes to make it quicker
• You'll get everything by email - just print all 3 pages and pop them in an envelope marked “Commercial Invoice”. Stick it to the parcel and you're good to go!

📦 Packing Tips - Protect Your Parcel, Protect Your Peace of Mind
To keep everything safe and sound in transit:
Use a strong cardboard outer box - required for all parcels
For fragile or high-value items:
• Wrap them well in bubble wrap
• Place inside a smaller box
• Then place that box inside a second box with protective padding
And here's a great trick: print an extra copy of your parcel label and pop it inside the outer box. If the outside label ever gets lost, the courier can still deliver your parcel safely.
Proper packaging also helps if you ever need to make an insurance claim.
