Although Overland Express may sometimes reference the use of delivery trucks within our service descriptions, please note, that for overseas shipments - including Spain - express parcels are transported by air to ensure the fastest possible delivery times and the highest level of service.

Our experience has shown that budget providers tend to match our prices but cannot compete on reliability or speed, with transit times often extending up to a week. In comparison, our UPS Express Saver air shipments arrive in Spain within 1 to 2 days. For reference, Royal Mail typically requires 4 to 6 days, and Evri quotes transit times of up to seven working days.
Due to COVID-19 handling requirements, all parcels sent to Spain must be packaged in sturdy cardboard boxes for their outer layer.
Our standard parcel delivery service includes £50 cover against loss or damage, with optional insurance available up to £20,000.00 (terms and exclusions apply). DHL Express and UPS shipments to Spain will be collected directly from your address, while UPS shipments also offer the flexibility of collection or drop-off at a local Access Point.
Since the UK's departure from the European Union, customs documentation requirements have become more complex. To ease this, our system automatically generates the necessary commercial invoice based on your booking details. We also maintain a list of common commodity codes to assist you; if your item is not listed, you may need to consult the Gov.uk website.
After booking, you will receive the commercial invoice via email. Please print all three pages, place them in an envelope clearly marked “commercial invoice”, and securely affix it to one of your parcels.
