While budget courier services might seem like a cost-effective choice, our experience shows they often come with longer transit times, sometimes up to a week—and less reliability. In contrast, our UPS Express Saver deliveries typically arrive within 1 to 2 working days. For context, Royal Mail usually takes 4 to 6 days, and Evri quotes up to seven working days.
Important Packaging and Insurance Information
Due to COVID-19 handling restrictions, all parcels sent to Spain must be packed in sturdy cardboard boxes. This helps ensure safe handling throughout the delivery process.
Our standard parcel delivery services includes £50.00 insurance coverage against loss or damage (unless excluded), but we also offer additional insurance coverage up to £20,000.00 for valuable shipments. Proper packaging is essential, especially for fragile or expensive items. We recommend double-boxing with bubble wrap and packing peanuts for maximum protection.
Navigating Customs Since Brexit
Since the UK's departure from the European Union, sending parcels to Spain now requires additional customs documentation. To simplify this process, our booking system automatically generates the necessary commercial invoice based on the details you provide.
Once your booking is complete, you will receive an email with the commercial invoice. Please print all three pages, place them in an envelope marked “commercial invoice”, and securely attach it to one of your parcels.
Please Note: our service covers mainland Spain and local islands only. Distant islands and Spanish overseas territories are not included.
Collection and Drop-Off Options
All UPS deliveries to Spain include collection directly from your address for your convenience. You can also opt to drop off your parcel at a local UPS collection point.

We purposely try to keep our overheads down which enables us to offer you the lowest prices on international parcel delivery and domestic courier services. We avoid using advertising as someone has to pay for this, that someone is you!
No waiting or the need to enter your email address to obtain a quote, just provide source and destination postcodes along with the dimensions of the parcel that you wish to send, and you will immediately be presented with the price.
DHL, UPS, Parcel Force etc. - Enough said, we do not use budget courier service providers full stop. Having been in the parcel delivery industry for almost 30 years, we've seen the problems caused by these 'budget' provider's first hand.
Our DHL options utilise the Short Messaging Service (SMS) alerts to notify you (and the recipient if chosen) when your parcel is due to be delivered, yes, a bit old school now, however, very convenient as no apps are required to receive the notification.
