We can send aftershave, shaving soap, shaving cream, safety razors, shaving brushes and all other shaving equipment (including sending male grooming products), throughout the UK on a secure road service. Our service is fully tracked and signed for, door to door, with the option to drop your parcel off at a local Post Office branches.

We can only send your shaving equipment by road, as they are strictly prohibited to travel by air, due to the explosive nature of aftershave. Due to the hazardous nature of them, we can only send shaving products in limited quantities, with a maximum box size of 15kg with Parcel Force.

How to Send Shaving Products by Courier

Aftershaves and shaving equipment are very popular items for the well-groomed gentleman, but before sending aftershaves, there are a few points to consider. They are generally hazardous and are highly flammable, with most containing a mixture of alcohol and essential oils. Because of this highly flammable and potentially explosive nature, they can only be transported in limited quantities, on our road service, throughout the UK.
When sending aftershave and shaving equipment, please ensure that they are correctly packaged for transit. As the containers are made of glass, they are very fragile and can be damaged if not packaged correctly. When packing them, use the original box where possible and wrap them in an additional 2 to 3 layers of bubble wrap, before placing them into a larger box. If you are sending more than one aftershave in the same box, leave adequate space between the items. Any voids within the box can be filled with additional bubble wrap, or polystyrene packaging peanuts. Once packed inside the outer box, shake the items around, to check for any movement. If you can hear the items moving around, please add additional packaging materials. The idea is that the items should be sufficiently packed, to withstand them accidentally being dropped.
When you are happy with the packaging, please close the box and seal securely with 2 to 3 layers of strong parcel tape. All that is required now, is to attach your Overland Express parcel label.

We offer Express and Road delivery services from DHL, which will all collect directly from you. The courier services from UPS have the extra benefit of you being able to leave your parcels at their drop off shops.
Tracking information for all of our parcel delivery services are updated whenever there is a noteworthy event. Email and SMS notifications may also be sent to the sender and/or the recipient, service dependant.
Specifically for expensive items, we can provide enhanced goods in transit insurance up to £20,000.00 for just 2.00% of the declared value. £50.00 Insurance is provided as standard.
