There are many online marketplaces, such as Etsy, that have beautiful hand crafted pieces, that they will treasure for years. We also have our own insurance that offers full cover in transit against loss or damage.

Sending perfume for Valentine's day within the UK

We are one of the few companies that offer delivery of perfume, as it is prohibited with most carriers. Delivery is the next working day throughout the UK and can be collected from your home or work, in addition to various drop off options. Due to restrictions, we cannot send perfume outside of the UK mainland. They also must be shipped from our perfume page which can be located here.

Sending a Valentine's day hamper

Why not put together a beautiful hamper for your Valentine? You can pack the hamper full of their favourite sweets, chocolate's and other treats, just ensure that they are in sealed packs and are not perishable. Also check the use by dates. If you are sending these overseas, please check with local Customs that the products are allowed into the Country and do not have import restrictions.

As Valentine's day is not classed as a public holiday in any Country, deliveries are carried out on the 14 February, unless it falls on a weekend.

We offer next working day delivery of wines, champagnes and spirits within the UK and also Worldwide delivery, subject to restrictions in the receiving Country. In addition, as lingerie is very light, the shipping charges will be minimal, so allowing you to spend more on the perfect gift!

Items that are restricted from Valentine's day shipping

We cannot send fresh flowers with any of the carriers, due to their perishable nature. So rather than your Valentine being left without a gift, we would suggest using a service such as Interflora or a local florist for fresh flowers.

Likewise with foods, these are perishable items that cannot be sent via courier, the only exception being chocolates, or items in sealed packs. Please check the use by date before sending.

Packing Valentine's day gifts for shipping

Before sending your gift to someone special, please take some time to pack them carefully, as there is nothing worse than receiving a damaged item.

Place 2-3 layers of bubble wrap into the base of an unused cardboard box and wrap any fragile items in several layers of bubble wrap, before placing them into the box. Double walled boxes offer the highest level of protection.

Fill any gaps or voids with additional bubble wrap, crumpled up newspaper, or foam packaging peanuts. If sending picture frames, add some corner protectors made from bubble wrap.

Shake the box around, to check for any movement and add additional packaging material where needed.

Once you are happy with the packaging, tape the box securely shut with 2-3 layers of strong parcel tape, with additional tape applied to any seams. Do not use Sellotape.

Finally, print off and attach your parcel label.
